Prior to entering private practice 12 years ago, K.P. Reddy served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Georgia. During that time, he gained significant experience representing the State in complex employment litigation, constitutional matters, and human resources policy.
Since entering private practice, K.P has vigorously represented hundreds of individuals in legal actions against small and large companies and government entities. K.P. has also represented businesses with their general advice and litigation. It's this combined experience, spanning nearly 20 years, that provides K.P. the unique and rare ability to litigate cases with the perspective of both employees and employers. It also ensures that clients working with K.P. on non-litigation matters implement the best contracts, procedures and policies for avoiding future litigation.
